Great family place to workout

I was in town visiting on business and I figured I would try this place out. The gym was very filthy and the owner James was extremely RUDE.
The gym itself is nice, small, quiet, and calm. However, the owner was INCREDIBLY rude to my friends and myself. We forgot ONCE to sign a waiver when we first walked in. He proceeded to stand over us, literally inches from us while we filled out the paper work. It was really upsetting and terribly unprofessional.
Great facility - member access 24/7 but see office hours if you need to sign up! And what a view of the mountains from the large windows! Even has a place to relax out front. We love using our Silver Sneakers benefit to keep healthy and strong!
