This is the worst Ingles I have ever been to. The people are extremely rude and disrespectful. The deli workers are incredibly rude and will completely ignore you while you are waiting to spend your money there and act like it’s an act of Congress to get a pound of chicken salad. I have tried often to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they continually let me down. Even though I live three minutes away, I would rather drive to Laurel Park or to Mills River to buy groceries than be treated like that.
Love all Ingles they have clean restrooms and always good everything else!
This has to be the most unpleasant group of people, and my entire family thinks so too. I love Ingles and I live right next to this one but I purposefully go to the next closest every chance I get. I'm really a friendly and quiet type of person, so I am shocked how many times different employees have just been plain rude. I told one have a great night and she turned the other way, the lady at the deli always treats you like you are bothering her or begging for food. I am surprised to see anyone leaving reviews for them being pleasant... I think it is either based on one experience that they got lucky with or they know someone working there. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I've never been so motivated to leave a review, but this last experience just made me feel fed up and wonder why so many of them seem to hate their job... I just looked at the reviews and most of the 5 star are from Local Guide... I'm sure they don't deserve a 5 star, these people must be motivated by something to leave these reviews or not have been to this exact one.
I love shopping at Ingles. The staff is very friendly and helpful with the customers. The store is always clean and organized.
